Meet our

Volunteers

Annette Fitzgerald

"I cared for my Mam until she sadly passed in 2019. In February 2023 I got the chance to volunteer for The Body Tree Clinic as an Administrator in The Learning Hub. This is where all the therapists give special treatment to every client that comes through the door.  What a fantastic and caring team to be involved with.

Go team Body Tree!"

Dee Delaney

Another passionate volunteer at the Bodytree Community Clinics is Dee. Formerly a city girl Dee now hails form Caherconlish. We're incredibly grateful for her dedication and the energy she brings to the clinic each week. Volunteers like Dee truly embody the spirit of what we try to create at the Bodytree.

"I heard about the Bodytree through my daughter, who completed her Sports Massage Course with Tracy at the Bodytree College. I have immensely enjoyed my time volunteering here so far as I enjoy dealing with people.

Cam O’Donoghue

"My introduction to The Body Tree Community Clinic was initially as a client.  In late Spring of 2022 I started as a volunteer, working at the front desk. My background is Nursing with Nurse/Management experience. When the number of volunteers increased, I agreed to be the Volunteer Co-Ordinator.

The Body Tree has wonderful energy with a group of very committed and caring Therapists.  It’s always interesting to be at the Clinic on Fridays. The day is quite varied and there are so many different people to meet, be it new clients or one of our many regulars.  We are very grateful to all that attend."

Robert McDonagh

"I am a Social Care Professional and a qualified Reiki Therapist. I enjoy swimming, cycling and also participate in team sports.  The Body Tree is passionate on health and wellbeing offering a varied range of treatments where therapists encourage a positive attitude to life and how we live it.  It is great to be part of a team that has such a positive impact on the community."
