Discount Code Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional discount codes issued by the Bodytree College.

Promotion Period

• This promotional discount is valid for bookings made between 8 August 2026 and 12 September 2026 (inclusive).
• To qualify, bookings must be completed and the promotional discount code applied during the promotional period.
• The promotion cannot be applied to bookings made before 8 August 2026, regardless of the course start date.
• The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or previous bookings.

Eligibility

• The discount code is valid for one use per customer only.
• Only one discount code may be used per booking.
• The discount code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other offer.

Eligible Courses

This discount code is valid only on Bodytree College Academic Courses.

Exclusions

This discount code is not valid for:

• Collaborative or partner-delivered courses.
• Workshops.
• Short courses.
• Events or CPD training.
• Any other training or services not classified as a Bodytree College Academic Course.

General Conditions

• The discount code must be entered at the time of booking and cannot be applied after a booking has been completed.
• Customers who booked before 8 August 2026 are not eligible to receive the promotional discount retrospectively, whether they request a refund, credit, price adjustment, or transfer of the discount to an existing booking.
• The discount code is non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or exchanged.
• Bodytree College reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying the discount.
• Bodytree College reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice where necessary.
• Any misuse or fraudulent use of the discount code may result in the cancellation of the booking and withdrawal of the promotional discount.
• Standard Bodytree College booking, payment, cancellation, and refund policies continue to apply.
